Offen has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the 99-year-old not-for-profit Direct Selling Association (DSA), the national trade organization representing 300 direct sales firms, and their 15 million independent salespeople, plus 250 supplier member companies. The Association's mission is "To protect, serve and promote the effectiveness of member companies and the independent business people they represent.
